Submission

Authors are invited to submit contributions in form of a 4-page short paper. Submissions should be formatted using the IEEE double column format used for FPL 2013.

All contributions must be submitted electronically in PDF format. Submissions will be peer reviewed and, depending on quality, selected for either oral or poster presentation.

Submission via EasyChair is now closed. Click here to access your submitted paper.

Workshop proceedings will be published in electronic form on the workshop website. Printed proceedings will also be distributed to all workshop attendees.

Similar to last year, authors of accepted papers will also be invited to submit an extended version to a special issue of the International Journal of Reconfigurable Computing after the workshop. More information will follow soon.

Final Version and Workshop Presentation

Authors of accepted submissions will receive an email with instructions to upload the final version of their paper to EasyChair. The final version can be extended to 6 pages if the authors need extra space to address the reviewer's comments or include additional material. The paper should be formatted using the FPL templates above. Please make sure that fonts are embedded!

Presentation guidelines: Accepted papers should be presented at the workshop in a 25 minute oral presentation (20 minute talk + 5 minutes question time).

Demonstrators

We also invite workshop participants to show demonstrators. If you are interested in bringing a demonstrator to the workshop, please email us with a short description of the demonstrator and outline any special equipment needed.
